Initial Community Development Ideas

• Communities have developed out of our basic human need for support and our thirst for inspiration and knowledge.
• Communities have developed because overcoming difficult challenges is made easier through group effort. This includes: survival (food & water), safety (shelter & protection) & advancement / creativity.
• Communities are self perpetuating and evolving entities because:
• Communities provide avenues for interaction with other people.
• Interactions provide new information to those involved.
• Curiosity and ambition demand that we explore this new information.
• Courage to explore comes from knowing that we have the support of the community.
